For customers in Great Britain the price for my translations is quoted per thousand words - either in Pounds Sterling or in Euro - and based on the translated text ("target text"). Translations requiring more time than regular continuous text (e.g. Excel or PowerPoint files) as well as proof-reading are charged by the hour, based on the time actually spent.
